As stars of the film partied Parisian style they enjoyed a taste of Create. Ten food stalls enabled guests to enjoy a huge range of cuisines and flavours, whilst canapés and bowl food provided a variety of light bites. Canapés included chicken and pousse ballotine wrapped in bayonne ham with truffle cream sauce, a warm fig and roquefort tart drizzled with winter truffle honey and thyme, and beef tartar on brioche toast with quail’s egg gribiche.
Hot bowl food comprised a mouth-watering menu of confit duck cassoulet with braised beans, sausage and crispy goose fat bread croutons, wild mushrooms and morels in cognac cream sauce with pomme mousseline and wilted pousse, and trout Niçoise with brioche crumbs.
Themed food stations provided a wide range of gastronomic experiences, with French classics such as coq au vin, boeuf bourguignon, ratatouille and Toulouse sausage with lyonnaise potatoes all on offer. A fromagerie station showcased the finest of French cheeses; comte, brie de meaux and roquefort among them. A charcuterie station was reminiscent of French marketplaces, and an indulgent dessert station provided the perfect sweet treats to finish a decadent French feast.
With crêpes, crème pâtissière, Christmas compotes, tarte au citron with rosemary crème fraîche, mini mont blanc meringue kisses and macaroons to choose from Create satisfied the most discerning of sweet tooths!
