We are delighted to announce a partnership with Roundhouse to manage the events from Wednesday 21st November to Monday 10th December, 2012. The iconic venue will add to our London venue portfolio and provide a fantastic venue for clients looking for Christmas events, awards ceremonies and charity events in this busy event period.

“We are very excited about the opportunity of offering our existing clients excellent quality and great value events at one of London’s most popular venues” says Stephen Lawrence, Ultimate’s MD “We have a great portfolio of venues for late November and December 2012 events, including our marquee venues at The HAC and the Tower of London, as well as our annual tenancy at Old Billingsgate, so have the widest ever choice for our major events clients at this time of year.”

“Roundhouse is excited to announce that for the first time the venue will be available for the Christmas season in 2012 and we will be working exclusively with The Ultimate Experience during this period” says Neil Ormondroyd, Roundhouse Head of Events. “Each year the Roundhouse works with over 3,000 11 to 25 year olds enabling them to realise their potential by providing learning opportunities through creative projects. All of the income generated from partnerships such as this goes directly into funding the work done with 11-25s.”

We will be planning to create a stylish environment for a range of events with high specification production including high impact AV and stage set, enhanced lighting and a quality furniture, bar and design solution. Catering and bar services will be provided by our sister company, Create Food and Party Design.
