When do I pay?

Full payment for your Christmas party is due no later than one month prior to the event in line with our terms and conditions.If there is availability and you would like to increase your numbers after the balance invoice has been paid we will issue you with an additional invoice that will also need to be paid in full prior to the party.Please note as outlined in your booking form we cannot offer refunds on places that have been booked if your guest numbers have reduced.

Do I get a ticket?

Your party is a Ticket Only Event and guest admittance will be strictly by ticket only. Only when we have received full payment will the tickets be issued (this also includes tickets for additional guests). Tickets will be available to download via your personal online login system, details of which will be emailed to you prior to the event.You will be required to input your guest names, print the e-tickets and distribute one ticket to each guest.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the party is smart casual. You will find that some companies come in Black Tie, while most will be in suits and some in fancy dress relating to the theme.We request that guests do not wear ripped jeans or trainers.

Do you have a cloakroom?

We will be running a complimentary cloakroom service for guests, staffed throughout the evening. However, we suggest that you ask your guests to bring limited baggage in order to speed up entry into the venue. The cloakroom will also provide first aid support and be a general information point.

Is there a card machine onsite?

There are no cash point facilities onsite but the bar will accept cards.

Do I need to book a taxi?

It is strongly advised that you encourage your guests to pre-book their taxis before the event.

Licensing Laws

We are unable to allow any guests under the age of 18 to enter the premises. Please can we ask you to ensure that invitations are not extended to anyone under this age. Also because of the direct responsibility placed on us we do reserve the right to refuse to serve any guests who we believe to be intoxicated.

Can I smoke at the party?

In line with the law, smoking is not permitted in the venue; however there will be designated smoking areas outside the front entrance. We will not be selling cigarettes within the venue.

What if I lose something?

Our staff will collect any lost property left behind at the end of your event. This will be returned to our main office the following day and will be available for collection after 2pm.
