Following the success of our tender for the Summer 2011 events season, the Historic Royal Palaces have just awarded The Ultimate Experience the extended six year contract for summer and Christmas seasons in the Tower of London Moat.
With plans for summer 2011 already well under way, we are now incredibly excited to be able to look ahead to Christmas 2011 and beyond.
Our innovative 700-seater structure has been designed to minimise the visual impact for visitors to the Tower of London and offer a new and exciting exterior design to the events market.
In the summer, The Pavilion offers a fantastic space for summer entertaining, suitable for seated dinners for 200 – 600 guests. With a variety of events already contracted for the 2011 summer season, including two Award Ceremonies, the venue is available from 1st June – 8th July 2011.
The Pavilion will open its doors again on Wednesday 16th November until Friday 23rd December with ‘Bejewelled’, a theme that takes its inspiration from the historic setting and combines it with design trends for the Autumn/Winter season of ‘strong rich colours’ and ‘metallic and shiny finishes’, to create a regal, exciting look that will wow even the most seasoned of guests.
Available for summer and winter until the summer of 2017, the contract excludes Summer 2012, where Historic Royal Palaces are still considering a range of event opportunities at the City’s most iconic visitor attraction and special events venue.
